About Us

Find out more about our friendly practices in Winterley and Elworth

Here at Cheshire Pet Sandbach you will find a warm welcome and friendly faces to guide you through every step of your pet-owning journey. In health or sickness, whether it’s advice or reassurance, to full diagnostic work up or complex surgery, our caring and compassionate team can assist you.

Our fabulous Cheshire Pet clinics are on Alsager Road in Winterley, and Vicarage Lane in Elworth. Both are easy to get to and have plenty of parking. Both clinics are fully equipped to provide everything to preventative health care to emergency and critical care treatments. The team are all animal lovers, with a wealth of different pets between us and we genuinely care for your pet, just as you would. We will help you to look after your pet and offer advice and support on an assortment of subjects such as youngsters, dental hygiene and senior pets. All new pets receive a free health check, and all clients are invited to join the Pet Health Club™ to enjoy discounts on preventative health care per year.

We understand that when you are worried about your pet, you want to see a vet straight away and we will make it easy for you to book an appointment, often on the same day as your enquiry.

We have two purpose-built clinics in Sandbach, one in Winterley and one in Elworth.

Our Winterley clinic also has a purpose designed, ISFM Silver Cat Friendly Feline Clinic. Every need that your dog, cat, rabbit or small pet may have is covered.

We have everything you’d expect from a well kitted- out, state of the art clinic as well as some surprising extras such as our own on-site CT machine, orthopaedic referrals as well as acupuncture and chronic pain clinic!  We have ample, safe onsite parking at both sites too.

Our large team of experienced vets and qualified nurses have an impressive array of skills between them, many having postgraduate certificates or working towards them. All of our nursing team are fully qualified Registered Veterinary Nurses and we are Veterinary Nurse training centre, so have student nurses with us too.

We are always keeping up to date so we can provide the very best care to your pet. We look after your pets like they are our own and within this large team you will find a tailored approach and a personal touch with continuity of care.

At Cheshire Pet, we believe in the importance of preventive health care and so we have the Pet Health Club™ to help spread the cost of your pet’s routine health care via a simple monthly direct debit.

Just give us a call on 01270 765555 (for both Winterley and Elworth) to find out more about what we can offer you and your pet.

We would love to welcome you to the Cheshire Pet family and look forward to meeting you and your furry family members soon!
